• Appointments are booked in advance and confirmed by email.

• On-site testing time slots are scheduled based on technician availability and travel routes.

  • • While clients may select preferred appointment times when booking, Carbon Clear Fleet reserves the right to adjust scheduled time slots as needed based on technician availability, travel routes, or estimated time of arrival between service locations. We strive to maintain all appointments as planned, but operational factors such as traffic conditions or extended service durations may occasionally require schedule changes.

    • In the event that a change is necessary, our team will promptly contact the client to coordinate an updated appointment time that best accommodates their availability. We make every effort to minimize disruption and ensure all inspections are completed as efficiently as possible.

• Clients must ensure vehicles are ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

🚗 Appointment Punctuality

• 15-minute grace period allowed for late starts.

• After 15 minutes: $50 late fee may apply.

• After 30 minutes: appointment may be marked as no-show.

🕒 Cancellations & Reschedules

• +24 hours’ notice: No fee.

• Under 24 hours: $75 cancellation fee.

• No-show: $100 fee.

💨 Fleet / On-Site Testing

• For fleet or yard inspections (3+ vehicles):

• Must confirm vehicle count 24 hours before the appointment.

• If fewer than 75% of vehicles are available, a partial service fee may apply.

💳 Payment Terms

• Late or cancellation fees must be settled before the next booking.

• Repeated unpaid fees may result in suspension of future appointments.

• Payment accepted via Zelle, credit/debit, check, or invoiced payment link.

• If paying through Zelle, clients must include in the Zelle payment note:

• A digital invoice is issued for every completed service.

• Receipts are provided once payment clears.
